Dr. Shoptaw discusses recent fentanyl deaths in this startling CBS report

CBS reported on their February, 19, eleven o’clock nightly news broadcast that three student deaths at USC which occurred this past Fall were recently found to be the result of accidental overdoses of fentanyl.
